Hao Chin Tu (涂皓欽, aka: Smoky) is a self-taught Taiwanese graphic artist based in Kaohsiung (高雄, aka: Gaoxiong). He works in various mediums (print, photography, illustration, painting, graffiti, flash, installation, etc.).
