what you see might not be real

In an interesting piece of installation sculpture, Chinese artist Chen Wenling gives his take on the global financial crisis in what he calls What You See Might Not Be Real. The work is on on display at Joy Art Gallery in Beijing, and represents the iconic Wall Street Bull pinning a man said to be jailed financier Bernard Madoff to the wall. It is difficult to say who actually pinned who (maybe the reverse?), but the piece certainly invites plenty of conversation.
